I would have taken better/more pictures of the fireworks, but it takes the beauty of the actual thing. So this will just have to do. Honestly, this was by far the best firework show ive seen, and best fourth of july weekend ever. I spent the day in SF with my boy.

So, i have this amazing boyfriend, that takes me places. We got into the warped tour free, because he knows the right people. It was a very very hot day in SF, ill tell you that. And lots of bands that ive never heard of, and people i would have never seen unless i went there. Oh and a perfect afternoon with the boyfriend. I dont know how he does it, but every time im with him, he surprises me more and more. Oh, and i must add, wear sunscreen to these kinds of things! shade there does not exist!! Ukiah and i got BURNT!

okay, it has been really great getting away from Modesto and everything, but i am sooo ready to go home.. Seriously, i thought modesto was hot, but after being out here in the south! nevermind!!

i am entirely waay too home sick. i just want to be in the comfort of feeling comfortable.

but i did do something productive, i downloaded the rest of my pictures!! yaay!!

Okay so now we are in North Carolina! woohoo, aloooot more cooler here. still lots of humidity but not too bad..
Today we spent the whooole day at the Biltmore house. This place is a PALACE like 250 rooms! ahh crazzyy! i took pictures of the outside, but none inside because they wont allow that. Too bad :(

i got a waaay cute ring and a neato bookmark! hah. ill post the pictures up tomorrow or something. We are going back to Augusta, Georgia.

NOTE: i now know i will never live somewhere that involves humidity every single day. I have said ill live anywhere as long as theres a reason, but thats not happening anymore. I wouldnt last another week here! but i actually kind of have to. Its a beautiful place, lots of historical things, but i need some place cooler. Considering i am waaay cool.

okay so its pretty much a MUST to check out bedjump.com. Now we got into this brand new opened suite, never been slept in or layed on or anything! so me and my brother decided we need to jump on the beds like crazy and practice our flying skills.

We went on a haunted tour. Savannah, Georgia is the most haunted town in the U.S. so we haaad to go on a tour. They tell you that a circle is an orb, a ghost/ spirit. Also it said on the site that there was a 99% chance of an orb showing up. So i didnt stop taking pictures till i got one! woohoo, check out the top middle-right. Now, let me tell you, i am a scardycat!!! i didnt sleep at all because of all the haunted stories and seeing the places of the stories scares you to death. I didnt stop looking behind me, and i did not stay behind the group, which i usually was because i wanted a stupid orb so i would ruuuun like crazy to catch up.

BEST place to eat. Seriously! i got the chicken wrap aand yummmyy i was sso full! but i wanted mooore!

K, so, that alligator was pretty far, and i was going out to this little path next to the water and i moved because i was getting nervous. My dad goes over there and starts calling for it, but i dont even know if these guys have ears? so my dad, not even joking, puts his HAND in the water and starts tapping it ontop. NO JOKE, the alligator is swimming SO fast over to where he was and we all were screaming and running. HAHA it was priceless! seriously, its soo much fun loooking for these guys, its a hunt! so then the rest of them time of when we were over where this gator was, he would just follow my dad.

Well, yesterday Ukiah biked ALL the way to Modesto. Thats 60 miles. I was trying to convince him to just let me pick him up, but he insisted. But overall, it was the perfect day. We went to Knights Ferry and had a picnic and then went to the movies and saw UP. Highly recommend. Its so cute. Oh and its official. :)

Went to Knights Ferry and had a little picnic for four hours. We only had like two feet of shade from this huge rock, so ukiah is pretty burned. but i will have to say that the day itself was completely perfect.

Update: i have to quit my job because they wont lay me off.. Supposedly "they need me" when i had given them my days off for Savannah Georgia TWO MONTHS AGO. when two months ago, it was oh okay great! and now its OHHH NOOOO!

my wisdom teeth are out.
and honestly i wouldnt mind getting put under more often.
I got to be good friends with the nurses and the doctor. which they gave ME a jamba juice card!! ahhh ! greatttt.
i guess when i woke up i couldnt stop talking about how much i love jamba juice, and i told EVERYONE over and over.. and i told the nurse that we are twins, because we like the same flavor, strawberries wild. ah, yes...
I do look like a chipmonk, sorta leaning towards a egg though.
they let me keep my teeth so i plan on putting that under my pillow and hint it towards my mom.. so that i can get some money from the tooth fairy.. i think wisdom teeth should run for double.

so in my opinion, getting wisdon teeth out is a peice of cake. Wouldnt mind doing it once a month.

yesterday was a perfect day. Ukiah met the parents in modesto, drove around took him to a burrito place here. and then went to SF for the rest of the day. Where i got three, YES THREE pooh bear key chainy thingys. And let me tell you, he is sooo good at spotting those things a mile away. i was very impressed. On the next trip, i plan to get more. Maybe even buy the whole dispenser so i can be surprised EVERYTIME on which one i get. :) i dont think ive ever met someone who can make me laugh like Ukiah makes me laugh..

The things that i have done in the past are really making it hard for me to move forward.

On the other side, i am greatful that i have had the strength to overcome everything that i have. And i love that i can see things in a different light as when before, i couldnt.

i had a dream last night that i moved out into this apartment. And i got my own room and i was all excited. But then i met my roommate, and her boyfriend was passed out on our couch. And she wasnt at all socialable.. so i went to check out the rest of the apartment. Every room that i went in, was packed! the WHOLE bathroom, kitchen, living room. FULL of her junk. and all i had was my tiny room. it was a nightmare.

Well, i get my wisdom teeth out on Monday. And im expecting to look like a chipmonk or something. blahhhh really not looking forward to it. But everyone that i talk to say its nothin, but i heard from one of my friends that the nurse lady told her that she wouldnt stop singing. And she asked her if she was good, and the nurse told her no. HAHAHAH. so, hopefully i dont burst out in song and dance.

Im back to work, and the only thing ill miss once we all get layed off are the wonderful people i work with.. well some. :/ My area: dresses, is now a garage sell of fixtures and crap. But i got an awesome dress form, like from the neck to the waist. Its pretty neat, have some ideas for it..
I miss Alison already. But my room is finally clean. Yes i am a clean freak when it comes to my OWN space. Casey called me yesterday but i was working. I think ill go call her, but i have nooo idea if Canada is more money? soo i call on my house phone. ha.

Life is different now. Already changing from simple to fun/simple.

I wish that i was still in my photography class. That was one thing that i really enjoyed. I just need more money so i can get a sweet camera.

I dont know why but i have this thought of what purse i should bring with me to utah. i dont think i should bring all of them, even though id love to..OH! and i have the fear that once i leave home my parents will change my entire room. and honestly that would make me really sad. :(
Plans to LA are really evolving to something i didnt expect, but like. <3

I spent too much money over the weekend. I wish money did grow on my tree.. ONLY my tree. and id dig it out of the ground and plant it in a pot. and probably lock it up in a safe or something.

At this moment i want to dye my hair. Not all of it, just underneath to intense auburn.

I remember now why i end up hating these blogs.
Its because i think: oooh! ill write in everyday.. Well, nope doesn't ever happen. It works for like a week or whatever then i get busy.

But let me just give an update. On mothers day my dad and i took my mom to Yosemite in my car. Well my car has been wonderful but not up that zigzag hill up to Yosemite. So my transmission is slipping. BLAHH! how can this happen!! my baby!!! grr.. but besides that we did have a great time. At one point i thought i lost my keys so i start running back the way we hiked. and i was panicking and asking everyone. I'm like in tears because i don't have a spare or anything! and i was freaking out because i thought id ruin mothers day. Well come to find out, i had given them to my dad. I cant even remember doing that! but I'm sure glad i did. wooo.

well my poor little car is in the shop right now. I took it over there once i was done with the accuplacer test. I did good in English but definitely not math. looks like ill never be a engineer or something.
Good news though. Cynthia and Alison are coming up to Modesto next weekend. So i took off the whole weekend. We plan to go to Yosemite and Frisco! woohoo. Im so excited, i cant wait to be with them! yyyyaaaayyy talk about fun!
Other then the car incident, everything is going smoothly. Cant wait till next weekend!! <3

This whole school thing is getting me confused and frustrated. I am lost on where i am going to be going in August. UVU is pretty expensive considering im not a resident so it puts a major hole in the parents pocket.. So we were looking into LDSBC but my mom and dad think id do better in provo and orem. So im feeling guilty because they have already talked about the costs..
But we'll see, i just need to go with the flow. I just cant wait till the summer so i can go to Savannah, and go to Chino Hills to see my Alison!!!!

Id Love to Live a Simple Day Everyday

Today was a very simple day. This is the kind of day i love.
I woke up and went to church and then came home to work on my homework, and take pictures.
I pulled out my old mountain bike, like talkin middle school bike! and it still fits me.. weird, but i had to get a new tire tube, so i got one and i laid in shade in the grass while my dad put it all together. Then i rode it around a little bit and now i am committed to getting up every morning to ride my bike so i can get into shape!
Then my parents and i watched a movie on tv, it was My Fake Wedding.. or was it My Fake Fiance? well anyways it was okay..
Tomorrow i have work unfortunately. But at least not for long.
As of today, my life is lovely. i couldnt ask for anything more.
Okay maybe a relationship.

Cake Makes Me Happy When Skies Are Grey

Nothing exciting ever happens at Gottschalks. And now they are making it so we cant stand around and talk and hang out. whats with thatttt???? psshhh..
Today just consisted of waking up and immediately reading Beautiful Boy. Then i had to race to get ready to get over to my dads office so i could copy a few things for my human services class. Me and dad went to subway, he is like known at every Subway, I SWEAR. its kinda weird lol. but then i raced over to school to go to human services class and we got our study guide for our finals. bllahh there are 100 questions! you have got to be kidding me. im a little upset about how that teacher has been grading me on my assignments. Honestly its like they are trying to prove something or something! since when does a junior college become harder then a university!!! i have been told by tons and tons of people that they flew by once they transfered to a university. so now im totally convinced that this is something i gotta get a move on. but anyways then i got home and had to finish reading that book, i skipped a few paragraphs and i wrote a three page paper on it and was out to my next class of where it was due. i spent that class ripping off my acyrlics. OUCH! nooow my poor little fingernails are rough and sensitive. :( right after class i went to work where it was sooo boring. Wini and i had fun as always, annnd once i got home me and my mom made strawberry cake so that i can take it to the break room tomorrow. Honestly, this is some really good cake. It makes me feel hugged inside. ha.
but uhh i really am missing my cousins.
ohhh and good news, Gavin is coming to CA this summer. woohoo. :) smileyface x2

Well, i am suppose to have this book done by thursday and im only on page 174, but theres 317 pages. Blllahhhh! its actually a good book though, Beautiful Boy by David Sheff. I read his sons book, Nic Sheff, Tweak. That would have to be my favorite book of all time. Its definately a book for people who dont mind graphic things. Nic has got to be my idol, or maybe i would be his?
i made a new friend in the photo dark room. Not so sure about this kid, considering he was printing naked pictures of his friends. yiikkkkes.. When i got home my mom told me that a guy i knew back in high school got murdered last night. He was a nice guy, just mixed into the wrong stuff.. im just so glad i got out of that crap. i wish the world was more pure because no one deserves to be killed or abused, raped, tortured, abondoned, or taken.

I have alot on my mind.

I have a toooon of things to do and they just wont stop!

k so just got home from Oregon and my cousin has inspired me to get a blog. The ride was long and uncomfortable. but the trip was well worth it. I saw my cousins for the first time in like three years. I learned that its important to have extended family in your life. Its easy to forget, by being all the way in California and everyone else lives in either, Oregon, Utah, or Wyoming. My cousin got married and it was exciting to be with the people i love and eat some great food.

I swear if theres anything that our family does good its:
1. EAT
2. Laugh
3. EAT some more
4. Laugh some more till my mom pees.

Lauren, Zoe, and i attempted at throwing a bachelors party for tyler. it didnt go as planned though. but it was the thought that counts right?

I decided that i need to get to Utah fast! and im talking by fall. I am going to start applying to BYU idaho and UVU. Modesto just isnt cuttin it for me any longer. MJC is almost done ill have finals in like two weeks and then im done. Ill continue with my job until we close and ill be laid off. Then to savannah and road trip with Alison. :)

I dont know why, but i am greatful that my life has completely surprised me and blessed me in every way that i didnt think it could.

my journey has been entirely hard/scary/lonely/fun/and just plain blah, but i know i couldnt of been able to make it without my family and returning back to my faith.
